RaeJean Elmore-Zoltowski

RaeJean Zoltowski is a Team Lead with Prospera Financial’s Virtual Service Associate (VSA) team, where she provides responsive operational support, streamlines service processes, and helps deliver exceptional service experiences. With more than 20 years in financial services, her background spans retail banking, home mortgage, private bank investments, service associate roles, and advisor-office support. She is passionate about solving complex service challenges, building trusted partnerships, and providing proactive communication and dependable support.

Outside of work, RaeJean helped found and continues to help run a nonprofit soccer club in her community. The club’s mission is to reduce costs and make soccer more accessible to children who might not otherwise have the opportunity to participate. Supporting young athletes as they learn, grow, and experience the value of being part of a team has been one of the most rewarding parts of her life.

On the personal side, RaeJean is married and has two grown daughters living in Oregon and Louisiana, as well as a teenage son at home. Her family is also excited to welcome its first granddaughter in 2027. Between raising children, supporting adult children from afar, and navigating the teenage years, RaeJean has gained plenty of real-world experience in communication, patience, and finding humor in everyday moments.
